## Quick answer

- One account maps to one identity, one credit balance, and one set of creation data.
- Signing up requires an email address and a password; sign-in state is kept in the current browser.
- Permanent credits stay valid, while plan credits are valid only for the day they are issued.
- Only generation is billed; uploading, moving nodes, layout, preview, and download cost no credits.
- Credits, plans, and single generations are virtual services and digital goods delivered online: they take effect immediately after payment and are not eligible for the 7-day no-reason return.

## 1. Accounts and sign-in
Create an account with an email address you check often, since password recovery and notifications rely on it; after signing in you can change your avatar, display name, and password in your profile. If you forget your password, reset it with the code sent by email from the sign-in page, and sign out proactively after using a public device so others cannot keep using your credits and data.

## 2. What credits are and how they are charged
Permanent credits come from top-ups and promotional grants and are long-term valid; daily credits are issued by a plan, valid only for the current day, with any unused portion expiring at day end; returned credits come from failed or canceled tasks and keep their original type. The page shows the estimated credits before you submit, tasks the system judges as failed or canceled are returned automatically, and an insufficient balance blocks generation without losing what you already entered.

## 3. Top up credits
Top-ups suit irregular usage: buy once, keep the credits long-term, and pay only for what you use. Open the Top-up Center from your profile or the account menu, choose a package, confirm the order, and pay; credits are added automatically after a successful payment, and CDK redemption codes can be entered in the top-up center. If credits do not arrive, check the order status first, then contact support—do not place a second order for the same tier.

## 4. Starting and renewing a plan
Plans suit steady creation: start once and receive usable credits every day during the validity period, with tiers set in the Plan Center and daily issues visible in the credit records. Renewal extends the validity period under the current plan rules without creating the same order again; plans and top-ups coexist, and the deduction order follows what the page displays. Prices and allowances may change, but adjustments only affect new orders.

## 5. Orders and usage records
Every payment and charge is traceable: orders record the product name, amount, payment status, and creation time, while credit records list top-ups, grants, consumption, and returns in reverse chronological order. Expanding a credit record entry shows the corresponding task and the amount consumed; when contacting support, provide the order number and the approximate time.

## 6. Virtual service refund policy
Credits, plans, and single generations are virtual services and digital goods delivered online. The service takes effect immediately after purchase, and the 7-day no-reason return does not apply. Except where laws and regulations require it, or where a system failure means the entitlement was not actually delivered or you were charged twice, purchased credits and plans take effect immediately upon payment and are not eligible for refunds, cancellation, or exchange.

**Cases we can handle:** payment succeeded but credits did not arrive and it is verified as a system or payment callback error; the same order was charged twice; plan entitlements were not provided as the order snapshot specifies for reasons attributable to the platform. **Cases we cannot handle:** credits arrived and were already used for generation, or the plan already started issuing daily credits; consumption caused by personal misoperation, duplicate submissions, or device or network problems; fees from content rejected as illegal or infringing, or from account restrictions. Where an issue is verified as a system problem, the amount is refunded through the original payment channel or the entitlement is reissued, and consumer rights granted by mandatory law are not limited by these rules.

## 7. Account security and deletion
Use a unique password, change it regularly, and never share verification codes—support will never ask for your password or email verification code, and any such request should be treated as fraud. If anything looks unusual, change your password, sign out other devices, and contact support. You can submit a deletion request in your profile and withdraw it before processing; afterward the account and deletable creation data are deleted or de-identified, while transaction and security records required by law are isolated and kept for the statutory period.

## FAQ

### What is the difference between credits and plans?
Credits are the unit actually charged, and every generation task settles in credits. A plan is a bundled way to obtain credits: after payment, credits are issued daily during the validity period and are valid only for that day, while topped-up credits are permanent credits that arrive in one go.
### I paid successfully but the credits have not arrived. What should I do?
First check the order status in your profile; the payment channel callback may be delayed, and credits usually arrive within a few minutes. If the order still shows pending or failed, keep the order number and contact support; do not place the order again.
### Are credits charged when a task fails?
For tasks the system judges as failed or canceled, eligible credits are returned automatically according to the task record, with entries visible in the credit records. Successfully delivered results, and tasks rejected for violating content rules, are not refunded.
### Can a plan be refunded?
Credits, plans, and single generations are virtual services and digital goods delivered online. They take effect immediately after payment and are not eligible for refunds, cancellation, or exchange. Only where mandatory laws and regulations require it, or where a system failure means the entitlement was not actually delivered or you were charged twice, will the amount be refunded through the original payment channel or the entitlement reissued after verification.
### Do the daily credits accumulate?
No. Credits a plan issues each day are valid only for that day, and any unused portion expires once the day ends. Permanent credits obtained by topping up do not expire, and the deduction order follows what the page displays.
### Can I get an invoice or pay by corporate transfer?
Invoices, corporate transfers, and bulk purchases are handled manually. Contact us at the support email shown on the top-up center page in your profile, and provide the order number and invoicing details.
### Can an account be shared by several people?
No. An account is for the registered person only and must not be resold, rented, or shared. For collaboration, use the collaboration workspace feature to avoid the security and billing risks of sharing passwords.
