Just finished testing Seedance 2.5 on a multi-scene short story workflow and… yeah, this hits different. 🔥
Same character. Different locations. Fast cuts. Complex camera moves.
2.5 kept her face, outfit details, and lighting consistent across every shot while the motion felt way more natural and cinematic.
Biggest upgrades I noticed:
• Stronger identity lock even with quick scene changes
• Cleaner transitions between shots
• Better prompt following on camera directions
• Up to 30-second generations without falling apart
If you’re into short-form storytelling or micro-films, this one is worth trying.
