01 · Account

Account and login

Sign-up, password recovery, account sharing, and deletion.

How do I sign up and log in?

Switch to Sign Up on the login page and enter a valid email address and password. After signing up, your login state is saved in the current browser; if you are using a shared device, sign out when you are done.

What if I forget my password?

Click Forgot Password (忘记密码) on the login page and reset it with an email verification code. If the email does not arrive for a long time, check your spam folder, confirm the address is correct, or try a different email provider.

Can I change my email or linked information?

You can edit the editable details in the Profile (个人中心). For key information such as the login email, to keep your account secure, changes are handled only after manual verification by support.

Can I lend my account to a friend or share it with several people?

No. Accounts are for the registered user only and may not be resold, rented, or shared. For multi-person collaboration, use collaboration spaces; sharing passwords puts your credits and data at risk of theft and leaks.

How do I delete my account?

Submit a deletion request in the Profile (个人中心); you can withdraw it before it is processed. After deletion, your account and deletable creative data are removed or de-identified; transaction and security records that must be retained by law are kept in isolation for the statutory period.

02 · Billing

Credits and payment

How credits are charged, refunds on failure, plans and top-ups, refunds and invoices.

How many credits does one generation cost?

The page shows the estimated credits before you submit; prices vary by model, resolution, duration, and quantity. Credits are charged only when generation is triggered—uploading, moving, layout, and downloading cost no credits.

Are credits charged if a task fails?

For tasks that the system marks as failed or canceled, eligible credits are refunded automatically based on the task record, and you can view the refund entry in your credit history. Results that were successfully delivered are not refunded.

What is the difference between credit top-ups and plans?

Top-up credits are one-time permanent credits with no expiry; plans issue credits daily during the plan period, valid for that day only. Both can exist at the same time, and the deduction order is shown on the page.

Can plans or credits be refunded?

Credits, plans, and single generations are virtual services delivered online. They take effect immediately after payment and are not eligible for refund, cancellation, or exchange. Only where mandatory law requires it, or where a system failure results in non-delivery or a duplicate charge, will we, after verification, refund through the original payment channel or reissue the credits.

What if payment succeeded but the credits did not arrive?

First check the order status in the Profile (个人中心); payment-channel callbacks may be delayed. If the order still shows as pending or failed, keep the order number and contact support to verify—do not place a duplicate order.

Can I get an invoice or pay by corporate transfer?

Invoices, corporate transfers, and bulk purchases are handled manually. Please contact us at the support email shown on the Profile (个人中心) · Top-up Center (充值中心) page, and provide the order number and invoicing details.

03 · Generation

Generation and tasks

Wait times, queue timeouts, retries, and concurrency limits.

How long does a task usually take?

It depends on the model, duration, resolution, and current queue—from tens of seconds to several minutes. The page shows task status in real time; trust the status and do not submit duplicates.

What if a task stays queued or times out?

Wait for the page status to update first, and avoid clicking generate again, which can cause duplicate charges. If there is no progress for a long time, refresh the page to check the task record; if it still does not recover, contact support with the task time and description.

I am not satisfied with the result—can I regenerate it?

Yes. Adjust the prompt, reference images, or parameters and generate again. A retry is a new generation task and is charged again; try a small test version first to confirm the direction, then generate in bulk.

Why is the result different every time with the same prompt?

Generation models are stochastic, so the same input can produce different results. For a stable style, lock the reference images, aspect ratio, duration, and description structure, and save your usual settings for reuse.

Is there a limit on concurrent tasks?

Yes. The platform limits how many tasks run at the same time based on account tier and backend configuration; extra tasks are queued. Wait for the previous batch to finish before submitting, so that everything does not time out.

04 · Content

Content, copyright, and compliance

Commercial use, likeness and voice authorization, AI labels, and content moderation.

Can generated content be used commercially?

It can be used provided you comply with the law, upstream model terms, and this site's Terms of Service. However, AI output may resemble others' content and is not guaranteed to be exclusive or copyrightable; before commercial use, verify copyright, trademarks, and platform rules yourself.

What should I watch out for when using others' likenesses, voices, or brand assets?

You must obtain lawful authorization. Before uploading photos of people, cloning voices, or using brand marks, confirm that you hold the portrait rights, voice rights, trademark rights, or corresponding commercial authorization; otherwise you may infringe.

Does AI-generated content need to be labeled?

Yes. Under the Measures for Labeling AI-Generated Synthetic Content (《人工智能生成合成内容标识办法》) and other regulations, AI-generated images, audio, and video must retain or carry labels. You must not delete, tamper with, or forge labels, or use generated content to spread false information or impersonate others.

What content will be rejected or taken down?

Content that is illegal or infringing, hateful or harassing, sexually exploitative, inappropriate involving minors, maliciously false, privacy-breaching, or fraudulent or impersonating will be rejected. Public works may be subject to automated or manual review, reports, and appeals.

Will others see my public works?

Only content you actively publish to the Plaza (广场) or share becomes public. Conversations, projects, and unpublished assets are private by default; after publishing, you can delete or unpublish at any time.

05 · Support

Tutorials and support

Language switching, tutorial currency, and feedback.

Are the tutorials available in English?

Yes. The tutorial center supports switching between Chinese and English; use the language switch in the top-right corner. English content lives under the /en/doc path.

What if the screenshots in the tutorials do not match the current version?

The product keeps updating, so interface details may change. The tutorials focus on how features work; if an entry point has moved, first look for the same-named button on the relevant page, or send feedback through the help menu.

How do I report a bug or a billing issue?

Please contact us at the support email shown on the Profile (个人中心) · Top-up Center (充值中心) page, and include your account, task or order number, when it happened, the steps you took, and screenshots so we can locate it quickly.

Where can I find the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy?

The page footer provides links to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The Terms explain account, content, credit, and refund rules; the Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information and the rights you can exercise.
