01 · Account
Accounts and sign-in
One account maps to one identity, one credit balance, and one set of creation data. After signing up you can use every creation feature; before paying, it is worth reading this page to the end.
Quick answer
- Signing up requires an email address and a password; your sign-in state is kept in the current browser.
- Your credit balance, orders, and usage records are all in Profile (个人中心).
- If you forget your password, reset it through the recovery entry on the sign-in page.
- An account is for your own use only; do not share passwords or resell accounts.
Create an account
Switch to sign-up on the sign-in page and enter your email and password. Use an email you check often, since password recovery and notifications both rely on it.
Complete your profile
After signing in you can change your avatar, display name, and password in your profile. Your display name appears on public works and collaboration records.
Reset your password
Click Forgot password (忘记密码) on the sign-in page and reset it with the code sent by email. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder or try another email provider.
Sign out safely
After using a public device, sign out proactively so others cannot keep using your credits and creation data.
02 · Credits
What credits are and how they are charged
Credits are the site-wide billing unit. Before each generation, the page shows the credits that run is expected to use; after the task finishes, it settles by the actual parameters.
| Credit type | Source | Validity | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Permanent credits | Top-up credits, promotional grants | Long-term valid | Arrive in one go and are not reset daily |
| Daily credits | Issued daily by a plan | Valid for the current day | Any unused portion expires at the end of the day |
| Returned credits | Failed or canceled tasks | Same type as the original | Return entries can be viewed in the credit records |
- Check the price before generating: the estimated credits are shown before you submit; different models, resolutions, durations, and quantities cost different amounts.
- Only generation is billed: uploading assets, moving nodes, layout, preview, and download do not consume credits.
- Failures are returned automatically: tasks the system judges as failed or canceled are returned according to the record; you do not need to apply manually.
- Insufficient balance: generation is blocked; top up or start a plan and retry, and what you already entered is not lost.
Do not click generate repeatedly for the same task. Duplicate submissions create multiple tasks and are charged separately; if you run into a queue or a timeout, first wait for the page status to update.
03 · Top up
Top up credits
Topping up suits users with irregular usage: buy once, keep the credits long-term, and pay only for what you use.
Open the Top-up Center (充值中心)
In your profile, click Top up credits (充值积分), or open the top-up center from the account menu in the sidebar.
Choose a credit package
The page shows the price, credit amount, and conversion rate for each tier; choose the one that fits your current usage.
Confirm the order and pay
Check the tier and the amount, submit the order, then choose an available payment method to complete payment.
Check that the credits arrived
After a successful payment the credits are added to your balance automatically. If they do not arrive, confirm the status in the order list first, then contact support.
- CDK redemption: if you hold a redemption code, enter the key in the top-up center to redeem credits; the balance refreshes automatically after redemption.
- Arrival time: this depends on the payment channel callback and system verification; credits usually arrive instantly, but may be delayed during peak hours.
- Do not pay twice: if an order has not updated, refresh the order status first to avoid placing another order for the same tier.
04 · Plans
Starting and renewing a plan
Plans suit users who create steadily and continuously: start once and receive usable credits every day during the validity period.
| Item | Details | Where to find it |
|---|---|---|
| Plan period | Monthly or yearly; the exact tiers are set by the Plan Center (套餐中心) | Profile · Plan Center |
| Credit allowance | One-time credits + daily bonus credits | Entitlement details on the plan card |
| Daily issue | Issued daily during the validity period, valid for that day | Credit records |
| Renewal | Renewable before expiry; the validity period is extended under the current plan rules | “Renew plan” on the plan card |
- Check the entitlements before subscribing: total credits, daily allowance, and validity differ between plans; what the purchase page shows is authoritative.
- Renewal neither stacks nor bills twice: renewal extends the validity period under the current plan rules and does not create the same order again.
- Plans and top-ups can coexist: daily credits and permanent credits both count toward your balance; the deduction order follows what the page displays.
Prices, credit allowances, and bonus days may be adjusted with promotions or costs. Adjustments only affect new orders; paid orders that have not been fully fulfilled follow the order snapshot.
05 · Billing
Orders and usage records
Every payment and charge is traceable. When reconciling, check orders first, then credit records; the two together account for every change.
- Orders: record the product name, amount, payment status, and creation time; after a successful payment, plans and credits update automatically.
- Credit records: list top-ups, grants, consumption, and returns in reverse chronological order, which you can use to check the cost of a single task.
- Usage details: expand an entry in the credit records to see the corresponding task and the amount consumed.
- Support verification: when you contact support, provide the order number and the approximate time, which noticeably speeds up handling.
06 · Refund policy
Virtual service refund policy
Credits, plans, and single generations are virtual services and digital goods delivered online. The service takes effect immediately after purchase, and the 7-day no-reason return does not apply.
Except where laws and regulations require it, or where a system failure means the entitlement was not actually delivered or you were charged twice, purchased credits and plans take effect immediately upon payment and are not eligible for refunds, cancellation, or exchange.
Cases we can handle
- Payment succeeded but credits did not arrive, verified as a system or payment callback error.
- The same order was charged twice.
- Plan entitlements were not provided as the order snapshot specifies, for reasons attributable to the platform.
Cases we cannot handle
- Credits have arrived and were already used for generation, or the plan has already started issuing daily credits.
- Consumption caused by personal misoperation, duplicate submissions, or device or network problems.
- Fees arising from content rejected for being illegal or infringing, or from account restrictions.
If verification is needed, submit the order number, payment time, and a description of the issue through the support channel. Where the issue is verified as a system problem, the amount is refunded through the original payment channel or the corresponding entitlement is reissued; consumer rights granted by mandatory law are not limited by the rules above.
07 · Security
Account security and deletion
Account security directly affects your credits and creation assets. These steps are worth taking right now.
- Use a unique password: do not reuse a password from other sites, and change it regularly.
- Protect verification codes: support will never ask for your password or email verification code; any such request should be treated as fraud.
- Act immediately on anything unusual: change your password, sign out other devices, and contact support to check your credits and orders.
- Delete your account: submit a deletion request in your profile, and you can withdraw it before it is processed. After deletion, the account and deletable creation data will be deleted or de-identified, and transaction and security records that must be retained by law will be isolated and kept for the statutory period.
08 · FAQ
Frequently asked questions
The questions we hear most often about accounts, credits, and payments.
What is the difference between credits and plans?
Credits are the unit actually charged, and every generation task settles in credits. A plan is a bundled way to obtain credits: after payment, credits are issued daily during the validity period and are valid only for that day, while topped-up credits are permanent credits that arrive in one go and never reset daily.
I paid successfully but the credits have not arrived. What should I do?
First check the order status in your profile. The payment channel callback may be delayed, and credits usually arrive automatically within a few minutes. If the order still shows as pending payment or failed, keep the order number and contact support to verify it; do not place the order again.
Are credits charged when a task fails?
For tasks that the system judges as failed or canceled, credits that meet the conditions are returned automatically according to the task record, and you can view the return entries in the credit records. Results that were successfully generated and delivered, and tasks rejected for violating content rules, are not refunded.
Can a plan be refunded?
Credits, plans, and single generations are virtual services and digital goods delivered online. They take effect immediately after payment and are not eligible for refunds, cancellation, or exchange. Only where mandatory laws and regulations require it, or where a system failure means the entitlement was not actually delivered or you were charged twice, will the amount be refunded through the original payment channel or the entitlement reissued after verification.
Do the daily credits accumulate?
No. The credits a plan issues each day are valid only for that day, and any unused portion expires once the day ends. Permanent credits obtained by topping up do not expire; the deduction order follows what the page displays.
Can I get an invoice or pay by corporate transfer?
Invoices, corporate transfers, and bulk purchases are handled manually. Please contact us at the support email shown on the top-up center page in your profile, and provide the order number and invoicing details.
Can an account be shared by several people?
No. An account is for the registered person only and must not be resold, rented, or shared. For collaboration, use the collaboration workspace feature, so you avoid the security and billing risks of sharing passwords.
